Please join the Brodsky Center for Innovative Editions to celebrate the spirit of multidisciplinary creativity in the arts and philanthropy as we honor artist Kiki Smith and poet Mei-mei Berssenbrugge for their multidisciplinary book collaborations and Audrey Gould for her multidisciplinary philanthropy in health care, arts, and culture. We also welcome the new museum directors who now head six New Jersey institutions: Laurene Butler, Jersey City Museum; Suzanne Delehanty, The Zimmerli Art Museum, Rutgers University; Marion Grzesiak, New Jersey Center for the Visual Arts; Eric Pryor, New Jersey State Museum; James Steward, Princeton University Museum; Lora Urbanelli, Montclair Art Museum.

The BCIE held its annual Gala in New York on January 21, 2009. The honorees were the internationally renowned artist Richard Tuttle, curator and art educator Ruth Bowman and William J. Dane, Keeper of Manuscripts and Prints at the Newark Public Library.
